Company directory
The directory stores companies, addresses and ordinary business contacts in the current workspace without using credits. Company workspace members can view, create, edit and delete records. Users must be authorised to use the details for business cooperation, keep them accurate and avoid unnecessary or sensitive personal data. Selecting a company for an offer creates a separate copy. Editing or deleting a directory company does not change saved offers or their revisions; their retention and erasure are assessed separately. Directory records are retained until deletion or the retention purpose ends; the privacy notice rules on backups and erasure requests continue to apply.

Data and purposes
Email, account and personal or company profile data including logos, session data, accepted terms, workspace membership and roles, invitations and access requests, files, calculations, quotations and their revisions including entered customer contact details, and anonymization results are processed to provide the agreed service. Fleet applications, supporting notes, supplier verification information and administrator decisions are processed to assess and administer the program. Data of an applicant who is a contracting party is processed for contract performance and steps requested before entering a contract; necessary data of representatives, colleagues, invitees and customer contacts is processed based on legitimate interests in providing and protecting the B2B service and administering cooperation. Enquiries and requests are processed to handle them and discuss manufacturing. Credit and administrator records, including action authors, role changes, bonus grants and plan changes, support service integrity and security based on legitimate interests. An invitee’s email or customer details may be supplied by the user who enters them into the service. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
Access and recipients
When using AI photo recognition, we send a resized image with image metadata removed to an external automated analysis service to propose an outline and dimensions. Automatic anonymization analysis sends drawing page previews and extracted text to propose removal regions and new title block fields. For PDF-to-STEP conversion, selected pages including text, images and any metadata are sent to an external automated analysis service to analyse views and dimensions. The analysis report and prepared result are retained in workspace history, including before unlocking; the original PDF is not automatically saved to the library. Analysis and conversion history also includes unsuccessful attempts, error reasons and a fingerprint of content and settings to recognize repeated submissions. For photos we retain the name, proposed outlines and dimensions; the original photo is not automatically saved. Identical input may return a previous outcome without another computation; processing may be retried after a temporary failure. STEP unfolding is processed on the server without sending it to AI. The image or PDF content may still contain personal or confidential data; remove unnecessary details before submission. Processing is not exclusively local. Disabling response storage does not mean zero retention by the provider; its security and statutory retention requirements may apply. Files are not public. Personal workspaces are not automatically shared with a company. Members of the same company workspace may, within the available features and roles, see shared files, calculations, quotations, contact details and logos, membership and identities of recorded action authors. When a company workspace is created, saved contact details and a logo may be copied to its profile at the founder’s instruction. Access requests and invitations disclose necessary identification details to managers and recipients. PARTORY administrators review Fleet supporting information. Authorised PARTORY staff and necessary contracted infrastructure and email providers may have access. Files are not automatically shared with manufacturers. Before public launch, the operator must list the actual processors and any safeguards for transfers outside the EEA based on the selected hosting, storage and SMTP services.
Retention
Files, analysis reports and prepared conversion results do not automatically expire and serve the relevant workspace’s history while the retention purpose remains. Removing a member or requesting personal account closure does not automatically remove shared company materials. The necessity of retaining authorship, usage and decision records is assessed for workspace administration, security and legal claims; personal data erasure requests are assessed separately, including others’ rights. Invitations expire after seven days; expiry does not automatically erase the record. You may request deletion or account closure. The operator must periodically review retention needs and include files, calculations, identifiers and backups in deletion procedures. Specific retention periods for security records, inactive accounts and backups must be approved and completed before public launch.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or the relevant supervisory authority. Contact sales@partory.com; identity will be verified proportionately.
Cookies and communication
The application uses necessary authentication cookies. Your light or dark mode preference is stored in browser local storage (localStorage) for future visits; you can remove this preference by clearing site data in your browser. The MVP has no advertising or analytics trackers and serves fonts locally. Registration is not marketing email consent. An email address is required to provide the account and sign-in service.
