PARTORYPARTORY COST CALCULATOR

Terms of use

MVP draft. Legal review and completion of operational and retention details are required before public launch.

1. Operator and purpose

PARTORY Cost Calculator is operated by PARTORY s.r.o., company ID 05365678, VAT ID CZ05365678, registered office Průmyslová 944/25, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section C, file 43089. Contact: sales@partory.com. The service is for businesses and their authorised representatives. It provides indicative material and laser cutting cost estimates from DXF drawings, management and viewing of DXF, PDF and 3D files, drawing creation and editing, vector PDF and photo conversion to DXF, repair and anonymization of documentation, sheet optimization, preparation of your own quotations and submission of manufacturing enquiries.

2. Account and sign-in

The agreement is formed when you accept these terms and verify your email address. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Sessions expire after 14 days of inactivity. Protect your email account and sign-in links and report suspected misuse to the operator. Creating accounts or workspaces to circumvent limits is prohibited. Visitors who are not signed in use a separate demo workspace; demo data is not a private user library. Each signed-in user has a personal workspace. Company details in a profile do not themselves create a company workspace or company membership. Creating a company workspace requires authority to act for that company; a matching name, domain or registration number does not itself authorise access. The same registration country and normalised registration number cannot identify multiple company workspaces. Another person gains access by accepting an invitation addressed to their email or through a manager-approved access request. Invitations expire after seven days and can be revoked. Owners and admins manage membership within their roles; transferring workspace ownership does not transfer intellectual property rights in uploaded materials. A PARTORY platform administrator is distinct from a company workspace owner or admin.

3. Workspace credits

A personal workspace on the Free plan receives 20 credits per calendar month in the Europe/Prague time zone. An approved company workspace on Free receives 50 monthly credits shared by all members; adding members does not increase this allowance. New company workspaces await approval by a PARTORY platform administrator; until approval, new actions requiring credits are blocked even if bonus credits are present. Uploading files and inviting colleagues remain possible before approval. A Fleet plan under section 4 replaces that workspace’s base monthly allowance. Monthly credits do not roll over. Usage, bonus credits and output unlocks belong to the specific workspace and are shared by its members. Personal and company balances are not combined or automatically transferred; membership changes do not create entitlement to a share of credits. One credit is used for the first successful calculation of one DXF file. DXF parameter inspection, repairs, sheet optimization, previews, failed processing and subsequent changes to quantity, material, thickness or rates do not use further credits. Each file in a batch is counted separately. Creating a basic quotation with default rates in the Offers tool uses no credits and follows different rules from the standalone calculator. Unlocking custom rates costs one credit per quotation upon confirmation; custom branding with a logo costs another credit when the quotation is first saved with that branding. Both options can be combined and use the same balance as the calculator. Further edits and exports of the same quotation do not charge again for unlocked options; a new quotation requires its own unlocks. Uploading a profile logo is free. PDF-to-DXF, photo-to-DXF, Draw a part, CAD editor, Model a part and 3D editor use one credit on the first save or export of the resulting part. Each converted PDF page is treated separately. An extracted part or subassembly has its own one-credit unlock on first save or export; repeated saves and exports of the same result are free. PDF-to-STEP and STEP-to-DXF flat pattern use one credit when a successfully prepared result is first unlocked after user review. Analysis and unsuccessful conversions use no credits. Reopening, editing in the relevant CAD/3D editor, saving and exporting the same result share the unlock and use no further credit. A new conversion has its own unlock. For 3D models, saving and STEP export share one unlock, including reopening a saved model. Saving and exporting to DXF or PDF share one unlock; subsequent saves, edits and exports of the same unlocked part do not charge again, including when moving from a conversion to the CAD editor or reopening the saved part from the library. A newly created document requires its own unlock. Anonymization uses one credit when export of a user-reviewed output is first unlocked for a source file; repeated exports and corrections for the same source do not charge again. Previews, AI proposals and creation of an anonymization review copy are not charged. For exports, the credit is used when the output is unlocked, before the download to your device completes; repeating an export of an already unlocked output does not use another credit. Ordinary library uploads, viewing and submitting enquiries use no credits. Cost calculation of the resulting DXF is charged separately.

4. Limits and additional credits

Once credits are exhausted, actions requiring another credit are unavailable: the first calculation of an uncharged DXF, a new quotation rate or branding unlock, or the first save or export of an output that has not yet been unlocked under section 3. History, recalculations of previously charged files, basic quotations, previously unlocked quotation options and repeated saves or exports of already unlocked outputs remain available. Features that do not use credits also remain available. Free features, including AI proposals, may have separate operational limits; having credits does not guarantee unlimited use. You may request additional credits; there is no automatic entitlement to a grant. PARTORY platform administrators may grant bonus credits to personal or company workspaces. Bonuses remain until used, with the monthly allowance consumed first. PARTORY Fleet is only for verified PARTORY suppliers meeting program conditions. Bronze provides 10,000 monthly credits, Silver 50,000 monthly credits, and Gold unlimited credit usage. Applying does not activate a plan or credits and creates no entitlement to approval; only a PARTORY platform administrator assigns a plan to a specific workspace after verifying supplier status and eligibility. Company workspace approval does not itself establish Fleet supplier verification. PARTORY will communicate the specific program and verification conditions to the applicant before assignment; they do not replace separate supplier agreements. Assignment and continued eligibility depend on meeting those conditions. If they are not met, PARTORY may change or withdraw Fleet; removing supplier verification returns the workspace to Free. Users may request an explanation and reconsideration. Changing plans does not reset current-month usage; if usage exceeds the new allowance, further actions may require bonuses or allowance renewal. Gold records usage without consuming bonuses; unlimited credits do not remove operational, security or technical limits or guarantee service availability. Neither the MVP nor Fleet assignment requires a payment card or itself creates a paid subscription. Any future paid service will require a separate express order.

5. Calculation and inputs

You must check geometry, units, material, thickness, quantity and rates. Material cost uses the minimum bounding rectangle, thickness, density and price per kilogram. Holes do not reduce the material quantity used for the cost estimate. The displayed weight of the cut part instead uses net area after subtracting holes, thickness and density. The bend count inferred from DXF layers does not confirm that all manufacturing operations have been identified. Labour uses cut length, a coefficient in hours per metre and your hourly rate. Prices exclude VAT, delivery, finishing and any operations not expressly included.

6. Nature of the estimate

Results are indicative estimates based on supplied inputs, not binding PARTORY quotations or confirmation of manufacturability. Previews are not approved manufacturing documentation. 3D models created or edited in the editor are for estimation only, not manufacturing. STEP carries a notice in the filename and FILE_DESCRIPTION header without changing geometry. External CAD software may hide or remove the notice when resaving; it is not a technical restriction on manufacturing use. PDF-to-STEP is AI reconstruction of nominal geometry from selected views and dimensions, not a guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Undimensioned geometry may be measured from vector drawings calibrated against a known dimension; users must review these estimates, their calibration and assumptions before unlocking. Tolerances and GD&T are in the report, not manufacturing PMI; omitted threads, fillets and other details may require manual completion. STEP-to-DXF flat pattern supports verified constant-thickness geometry with planar sections and cylindrical bends. K-factor, bend allowances and possible curve approximations are estimation assumptions; manufacturing reliefs, springback and bend order are not automatically resolved. The flat pattern is not for cutting, manufacturing or machine control. STEP import does not restore original feature history; export preserves component names and hierarchy unless explicitly flattened; original constraints and shared instance references are not restored. Free deformation of vertices, edges and faces may produce faceted geometry of the edited body. Polygonal mode and segment count affect the actual exported geometry. Anonymized PDFs and DXFs are for estimation only, not manufacturing; users must review all pages for remaining sensitive details before sharing. Repaired DXF files and DXF files created from photos or manually traced outlines are solely for indicative estimates, not manufacturing or machine control. You must verify contours, scale and dimensions; photo processing does not guarantee geometric accuracy. Sheet optimization is an indicative proposal, does not guarantee minimum waste and is not a manufacturing cutting plan. Verify results before making commercial or manufacturing decisions. A binding manufacturing quotation requires a separate review and agreement.

7. File rights and confidentiality

For PDF-to-STEP, selected PDF pages including text and images are sent to a contracted automated analysis provider with response storage disabled; this alone does not exclude operational retention under the provider's terms. This conversion does not automatically save the original PDF to the library; recognized-data reports and prepared results are stored in the current workspace as conversion history. Analysis and conversion history also includes unsuccessful attempts, error reasons and a fingerprint of content and settings to recognize repeated submissions. For photos we retain the name, proposed outlines and dimensions; the original photo is not automatically saved. Identical input may return a previous outcome without another computation; processing may be retried after a temporary failure. STEP unfolding runs on the server without sending STEP to an AI provider. Ownership of drawings, photographs, logos and other uploaded materials remains with their owners. You confirm your right to upload them and grant the limited non-exclusive permission needed to store, back up, process, display and handle your requested enquiry. Content is not public. In a personal workspace, access belongs to its user. In a company workspace, the library, calculations, quotations and their histories, company profile, logo and credit records are shared with its members within the available features and roles. Members may also see other members’ identities and the author of recorded actions. Before uploading, users must ensure they may share materials and personal data with those persons and have the necessary authority from owners and affected persons. Owners and admins are responsible for appropriate membership and ongoing access management. Creating a company workspace may, at the user’s instruction, prefill and copy contact details and a logo from their current saved profile into the shared company profile; other personal files and histories are not automatically transferred. Authorised PARTORY personnel may also access content as necessary; contracted infrastructure providers may support the service. Without separate permission, drawings are not shared with manufacturing suppliers, used to train AI or publicly displayed. Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected.

8. Retention and removal

Saved drawings, calculations, quotations including saved revisions and anonymization results do not automatically expire and serve as account history while the retention purpose remains. This is not a guarantee of perpetual archiving. Removing membership ends access to the company workspace, but does not automatically delete its shared materials. Removing membership cannot remotely erase copies already downloaded or otherwise shared. Closing a personal account does not itself delete a company workspace or all records of past actions; requests are assessed according to the requester’s authority, others’ rights and applicable obligations, without prejudice to data subject rights. Before leaving, an owner should arrange an authorised successor to manage the workspace or contact PARTORY. Keep your own originals. You may request file or account deletion in the application or at sales@partory.com. Requests are handled without undue delay, subject to necessary retention for legal obligations or legal claims. Personal data and backup details are covered by the privacy notice.

9. Enquiries and communication

Submitting an enquiry, credit request, company workspace approval request or Fleet application asks PARTORY to contact you to handle it. Invitations and access requests generate operational messages to invited persons or workspace managers; senders must have a legitimate reason to contact recipients. It is not a manufacturing order. The application sends operational messages, sign-in links and responses to requests. Accepting these terms does not constitute newsletter consent. A Fleet application or plan assignment does not constitute a manufacturing order, a promise of enquiries or a guarantee of order volume.

10. Your quotations and exports

You prepare quotations in the Offers tool in your own name; creating or exporting one does not make PARTORY the supplier or constitute its approval of prices or commercial terms. Before sending a quotation, verify supplier and customer identities, rights to use logos and contact details, currency, quantities, prices, completeness of items, and delivery and payment terms. Manual prices, including zero, override automatic estimates. When items are unpriced, the total is only a subtotal of priced items. XLSX import only prefills data; check file matching and imported values. Saving or exporting a quotation does not automatically send it to the customer. The legal effects of a quotation you share depend on its content and circumstances; describing a calculation as indicative does not in itself exclude those effects.

11. CAD, conversions and anonymization

The CAD editor and conversions help prepare documentation and do not replace professional review of manufacturing drawings. PDF-to-DXF conversion processes supported vectors on the selected page, not raster scans; images and clipping are not converted and curves may be approximated by line segments. Verify completeness, units, scale, dimensions and tolerances. CAD editor PDF output fits A4 and is not at 1:1 scale. AI photo recognition may misidentify contours, shape types, dimensions or units; actual dimensions cannot be inferred without verified scale. A missing dimension may be estimated from the aspect ratio; perspective and image distortion are not automatically corrected. Photo conversion includes only the outer contour, not holes. Recognising or manually selecting a circle exports a geometric circle based on the entered diameter; this does not verify the actual part’s circularity or the diameter’s accuracy. Automatically aligning the overlay with image edges does not verify dimensions. Check the shape type, contour position, diameter or other dimensions, and any missing features. Starting recognition instructs the service to send the processed image to an external automated analysis service; see the privacy notice for details. Anonymization creates an edited copy and does not itself delete the original or earlier copies. To preserve its appearance, an anonymized PDF may be created as an image-based copy without the original vectors or searchable text; such a copy is not suitable for vector PDF-to-DXF conversion. Automatic anonymization suggestions send drawing previews and extracted text to an external automated analysis service; users must review and, where necessary, correct the proposed regions and new title block fields. Automated checks do not guarantee removal of all confidential information; before sharing, inspect all pages, geometry, title blocks, logos and the output filename. The restrictions in section 6 on repaired, photo-generated and anonymized files also apply after export.

12. Availability and liability

The operator provides the service with reasonable professional care. Maintenance or faults may limit availability. Accepting an upload does not guarantee successful analysis, conversion or delivery of an attachment. Processing depends on supported formats, file complexity and the technical limits of each feature. An unfinished upload or draft form is not an archive; check that uploads and saves have completed before closing the page. Report errors to the contact email. The operator is not responsible for incorrect results to the extent caused by incorrect inputs or use outside the stated purpose. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

13. Restriction and termination

Security interference, accessing others’ data, harmful uploads and circumventing limits are prohibited. The operator may proportionately restrict accounts for violations, providing a reason and opportunity to remedy where possible. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security threats. You may request account closure at any time. Planned service closure will be announced at least 30 days in advance with an opportunity to obtain stored materials.

14. Changes and final provisions

Material changes will be announced in advance, and acceptance of new terms will be required for continued use. You may decline and close your account. Changes alone do not create payment obligations. Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to the relationship. Parties will first try to settle disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court will decide.

15. Company directory and contact details

The directory stores companies, addresses and ordinary business contacts in the current workspace without using credits. Company workspace members can view, create, edit and delete records. Users must be authorised to use the details for business cooperation, keep them accurate and avoid unnecessary or sensitive personal data. Selecting a company for an offer creates a separate copy. Editing or deleting a directory company does not change saved offers or their revisions; their retention and erasure are assessed separately. Directory records are retained until deletion or the retention purpose ends; the privacy notice rules on backups and erasure requests continue to apply.
