Prepare documentation for engineering manufacturing outsourcing
A useful request starts with an unambiguous drawing and the required quantity. For each part, specify material, thickness, reference and manufacturing notes. If the job includes further operations, finishing, specific tolerances or a target date, include those requirements in the notes and documentation.
The online form brings the documentation into one request. PARTORY receives the selected files, item table and contact details. After reviewing the documentation, the manufacturing scope and commercial terms can be discussed. Submitting a request is not placing an order, and an automatic estimate does not replace a confirmed manufacturing quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an estimate first?
No. Request manufacturing directly from your library or after uploading documentation. If you have an estimate, reuse its parameters and add your requirements.
Can I request parts without DXF?
Yes, requests support PDFs and 3D models. Automatic cost estimation uses DXF, but is not required to submit a request.
Who receives the documentation?
The request is sent to PARTORY for handling. Uploaded drawings are not public or automatically distributed to manufacturing suppliers.
